Two French-trained winemakers. Vineyards at 2,800 metres. A co-ferment of Muscat, aged honey, and black tea that shouldn't work as well as it does. TinnYu is one of the most precise and quietly ambitious projects coming out of Shangri-La, farming remote Tibetan villages alongside the local communities who tend the land. Their Mono Chard earned 94 points at Decanter.  Our exclusive collaboration, Honey Pot, is something else entirely. Discipline in service of play. That is what TinnYu does better than almost anyone.
