Refunds & Returns

We aim to be fair, clear, and reasonable in how we handle refunds and returns.

Wine purchases

Due to the nature of alcohol, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on wine once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos where possible. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Event tickets

Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, event tickets are non-refundable.

If an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by us, ticket holders will be offered a refund or alternative where appropriate.

Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If you need to amend an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
