A first-of-its-kind creation from the high-altitude vineyards of the Meili Snow Mountains. By co-fermenting Niagara grapes with aged honey, we’ve created a wine that bridges the gap between orchard fruit and wild botanicals.
It is aromatic and softly textured: floral, golden, and gently sweet, with a grippy finish.
