A skin-contact Chardonnay from the extreme heights of Shangri-La. By fermenting on the skins, we’ve created a wine that is golden, textured, and lightly tannic. It leads with citrus peel and ripe stone fruit, finishing with a mountain-mineral grip that typical Chardonnays can’t match.
