Shop Shofang

Shofang Hu returned from Australia to save her family's coastal vineyard in Qinhuangdao, by the Bohai Sea. Working with Muscat Hamburg vines dating back to the 1940s, she crafts skin contact oranges and delicate rosés layered with rose water, guava, and blood orange. Alongside them, wild fermented pear and cherry ciders extend the same thoughtful, coastal philosophy, quietly unlike anything else in Chinese wine right now.
